It will take between 7-10 business days after your order cancellation for your refund to be processed and the amount to be transferred back to the source account. Check the 'Returns Section' to know more.

Will I get the complete refund for the order I've cancelled?

Yes, you will get a complete refund for a cancelled order. However, coupon values are not refundable and a new coupon will be issued in lieu of the one used (this is only applicable for value bearing coupons and not for price-offs & promotional coupons).

Why was my order cancelled?

While it is our endeavor to fulfill all orders, the selected product may fail our rigorous quality checks or be out of stock, especially during sales and the festive season, and may have to be cancelled. Once an order has been cancelled, the full amount will be refunded to you shortly.
